AY Makun has teased what is in store for movie fans as he shared a picture from the set of his upcoming comedy titled Christmas In Miami with co-stars Richard Mofe-Damijo and Osita Iheme.
Since he made the transition from standup comedy to the big screen, AY has cemented his status as a box office star, with his films enjoying commercial success.
Now, relying on the charismatic presence of veteran movie star Richard Mofe-Damijo and the outrageously humourous antics of Osita Iheme, AY is set to thrill movie fans yet again with Christmas In Miami, a project being shot currently in the United States.
Taking to his Instagram page on Friday, the actor and comedian posted a picture from the set of the film in which he is seen bundling the pint-sized Iheme along with the help of RMD in what appears to be a reception area.
AY previously shared a video of the trio walking in slow motion in what can be called his first teaser for the movie. He also added that the film would be released in December 2021.
Knowing AY’s ability to creatively churn out visual content that never fail to entertain, we can only assume that Christmas in Miami will be a fresh breath of comic wonders.

Well, I you can’t get enough then check this out… For the holidays, Miller High Life is offering a “Leg Lamp Beer Tower” that is modeled after the lamp from the film “A Christmas Story.”
According to Food and Wine, this Friday at 10:00 A.M. Eastern, they will begin selling a limited number of Lamps through their online store. Each lamp has a bottom tap that you can use to pour alcohol from and can accommodate a full six-pack. They’ll definitely sell out quickly even at $120.
The movie stars Richard Mofe-Damijo, Osita Iheme, AY and Hollywood actor, John Amos.
AY recently teased fans with a video confirming the production which will star ‘Coming To America’ actor, John Amos alongside Nollywood royalty Richard Mofe Damijo and Osita Iheme.
Although plot details for ‘Christmas In Miami’ are currently under wraps, we can confirm that production began some weeks ago. It is also unclear if AY will be taking on his famous Akpos character (introduced in ’30 Days In Atlanta’) or if he will play a new character.
The teaser, however, suggests that the lead characters played by AY, RMD and Iheme take a trip to Miami for a Christmas competition featuring players from other countries.
AY’s new project comes over a year after ‘Merry Men 2’ debuted in cinemas.
