Ekiti State Election: List of how police deploy 30,000 officers

The police spokesperson in Ekiti state, Ikechukwu Caleb, has revealed the breakdown of how 30,000 officers were deployed to various local governments in the state for the forthcoming gubernatorial election.

The deployment of over 30,000 officers to the state has generated a lot of controversies as many are of the opinion that the deployed personnel are too much for a state election.

Ikechukwu who made the disclosure during a brief chat with eagleee.com correspondent in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital on Friday, 13 July, also showed our crew where some of the aerial helicopters to monitor the election were being refueled.
