Merchant Calls Out Flatterwave for Over 4Million Naira Payment Issues Un-resolved

A call out notice have been placed by a Merchant across to a notable group of company Flutterwave over unresolved issues of transactions worth over Four Million Naira for a month now all to no avail.

The Merchant whose details is as follow:

Has reported the issues to our desk and calling for a quick response regarding this transactions.

According to the Merchant;

I created an account with them and the some of 2million Naira was sent to the barter account. So I transferred it to different accounts which i created because their daily limit is just 1M UGX PER DAY. While all this transaction was taken place it all reads Successful but on printing the statement of account the money was sent all transaction disappeared and for the past 3 weeks we have been contacting them now no reply
“And on the flutter account also we sent 1M Naira to the account but the account was flagged and some documents was asked in which has all been provided”
