Naira Marley Calls Off Planned #ENDSARS Protest
Marlians Music Boss, Azeez Adeshina Fashola, known professionally as Naira Marley, has officially cancelled his #ENDSARS protest which was scheduled to hold today.
The protest was engineered by the singer to serve as cry to the government to put an end to the controversial police unit called “Sars” which have instead of protecting the citizens, been terrorizing them daily.
The singer further took to his Twitter handle: @nairamarley to cancel the protest due to some recent developments from the Inspector General of Police. He wrote:
“We won’t be protesting anymore because there’s a lot of changes being made right now. As a Marlian we will give them a week to see the changes and if there’s no changes we will start a mass protest”.

In another tweet, the artist also stated that he will be going live on Instagram with the Force PRO- DCP Frank Mba. He wrote:
