Chukwuka Monye born 1979, is a Nigerian-born management consultant and he is currently the Managing Partner of Ciuci Consulting.
Monye who hails from Onicha-Ugbo in Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State.

Chukwuka Monye was born circa 1979 in Nigeria where he grew up and attended Federal Government College, Ijanikin. Chukwuka then graduated from Warner University where he earned a BA in Business Administration. Continuing his education, Chukwuka earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Oxford University.
Chukwuka Monye Career
After graduating from Warner University, Chukwuka worked in Citigroup, in the United States and served as an Associate Branch Manager of a Financial Institution in Florida. He then founded Ciuci Consulting in 2007 which is considered to be one of Africa’s leading multinational operations management consulting firms for the transformation of private and public institutions. He is currently the managing partner of Ciuci Consulting.
In addition, he is the Director General of Delta Economic Summit Group. Chukwuka is also on the boards of some Nigerian companies such as House of Tara.
The social innovator and philanthropist , Mr. Chukwuka Monye has also declared his intention to contest for the office of the President of Nigeria in 2023.
Anchoring his declaration on the theme ‘Our Future is Now’, Monye, a University of Oxford-trained innovation strategist outlined a three-point vision of security, institutional reforms and job creation for the rapid transformation of the nation.
