“I know people are wondering how I came out of nowhere and achieved this much in no time. But if you you ask me how I got here so fast, I don’t know myself but I will only call it grace and hardwork. Winning the first Best African Music Performance Grammy was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better Grammy. My parents are still braggîng about it till this day. And I’m just so happy that they got to be there and come to America for the first time because of me. I’m happy that my parents also got to enjoy and watch their child succeed for it’s every parents dream.”
