Veteran Nollywood actress Sola Sobowale has tearfully revealed why she took a break from the Nigerian movie industry in the early 2000s, while at the peak of her career and relocated to England with her children, to do menial jobs, Amebo9ja report.
The 57-year-old in a recent interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo said she had to sacrifice her career for her children who relocated abroad for a better education.
However, on her second visit to the kids, just a month after relocating, Sola Sobowale said she realised that the motherly touch was missing and that was when she took the decision to stay with them.

She said in parts: Today strike tomorrow strike course of three years end to six years. So let my children leave Nigeria. That was why I moved my children out of Nigeria to London. I took them to England, I put them in school, I came back to Nigeria I was monitoring them. A Month after I went back to see them and they weren’t the kids that I took.”
“That motherly touch was not there. and I said ah to your tent oh Israel I am here with my children. Forget stardom. That was why I left Nigeria, to make them somebody in life and to God be the glory they are sucessful now all of them are working and they said: “mummy thank You for sacrificing now its time to go back to what you do best,”
