Chika Ike, a renowned figure in the Nigerian entertainment industry, has made significant contributions to Nollywood through her diverse roles as an actress, producer, and television personality.

Born on November 8, 1985, in Onitsha, Anambra State, Nigeria, Chika’s journey into the limelight began at a young age when she started acting in church plays. Her passion for the arts led her to pursue a diploma in Human Kinetics and Health Education at the University of Lagos, followed by a degree in the same field.

Further honing her craft, she graduated from the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles, California, where she studied filmmaking. Chika’s film career took off in 2005 with her role in “Sweet Love,” and she quickly rose to prominence with her performance in “Bless the Child.” Her talent has graced over a hundred movies, including notable titles like “Paradise,” “Mirror of Beauty,” and “The Prince and the Princess.”

Beyond her on-screen achievements, Chika Ike is also a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist. She founded her production company, Chika Ike Production, in 2014, and produced her first movie “Miss Teacher,” as well as the reality TV game show “African Diva Reality TV Show,” where she serves as the executive producer, host, and a member of the judging panel. Her philanthropic efforts are evident through her foundation, Help the Child, which focuses on aiding underprivileged children by organizing charity events, providing scholarships, and distributing educational materials.
